Sumac is my go-to spice these days. It has been for many, many months. I just can’t get enough of it! It’s a Middle Eastern spice that has lemony-undertones and a sweet and sour flavour.
We love these small-sized prawns on skewers because they’re delicious, easy to eat and easy to cook.
They are also surprisingly easy to thread onto skewers.
